How can I add extras to my hotel booking?

To make simple changes to your booking, name, address, download travel document or to add and pay for an extra. This can be done online using our Manage My Booking portal.

Here's what you will need to know:

1. Booking Number: Can be found on your Confirmation Email
2. Name: Last name of guest that completed the booking
3. Email: Used at time of booking
4. If you don’t know your booking number please click on the “Help” Button and we will send your booking number
