Yes, tickets are sent to your email address and are available for your to print at home. Tickets can also be scanned from your mobile device.
It can take up to ninety minutes to process your purchase and receive your e-tickets, including a PDF attachment containing your tickets. Your ticket can only be scanned once at the turnstile, regardless of how many copies you have. Be sure to check your spam folder if time has passed. If you still haven’t received it and are visiting today, please email/call us or stop at the outside Guest Services window with the credit card used to make the purchase and they can print the tickets for you.
Print at Home tickets are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. They must be used on the day they are reserved for. If you cannot make that date, we can move the date on your tickets within the year until they expire. Moving the dates on tickets are subject to availability. Please note that Print at Home tickets are non-refundable.
No discounts can be applied toward print at home tickets once they are purchased and processed, i.e. AAA or any other promotional offer. These offers must be redeemed at the Park ticket booths or Guest Services. LEGOLAND tickets are non-refundable.
