If you haven't received your tickets or accidentally deleted the email containing them, don't worry! You can easily retrieve another copy by following these steps:
Locate Your Booking Confirmation:
- Check your email inbox for a message from noreply@legoland.com. This email contains your booking confirmation and ticket details.
- If you can't find this email, make sure to check your spam or junk folder as it might have been filtered there.
Use the Order Lookup Tool:
- Visit the Order Lookup Tool: Go to the LEGOLAND California Resort website and find the order lookup tool here.
- Enter Your Details: Input the required information, such as your email address and any other details requested.
- Retrieve Your Order: Once you’ve entered your information, you should be able to see your booking reference and order details.
- Resend Your Tickets: From there, you can choose to resend the email with your tickets.
