Please don't worry! If you haven't received your print-at-home tickets in your inbox, start by checking your spam or junk folders, as sometimes these emails can end up there. The email will be sent from noreply@legoland.com.
If you still can't find your booking confirmation, you can use our order lookup tool. You'll need the email address and phone number you used when making your purchase.
Alternatively, we can print your tickets at the ticket window. Please bring your booking order number, the credit card used for the purchase, and a form of photo ID.
