If LEGOLAND California attractions are closed due to inclement weather, no cash, credit, or refunds will be issued apart from the "Rainy Day Promise." "Rainy Day Promise" tickets will only be offered in exchange for paid tickets that were scanned at the Park on qualifying Rainy Days. Your ticket will be checked on your return visit to ensure that you are the original ticket holder and that it was scanned at the Park on a qualifying Rainy Day.
"Rainy Day Promise" tickets will not be provided to Guests who were admitted using Membership Passes or complimentary tickets. No refunds or passes will be issued for Hotel, parking, Reserve & Ride or food and beverage purchases. This policy can be retracted or modified at any time without notice.
