Your tickets and other vouchers will be sent via email 5 days prior to your arrival date. If you do not receive them, please search your Spam folder for “LEGOLAND” or you may visit our self-service portal, Manage My Booking by clicking HERE.
Once you have logged in. Select "Travel Documents" then click on View & Save, on the line it says "Voucher". You will now be able to download and print your tickets.
