Because you have not yet processed your COSTCO Play Pass, GROUPON Pass, or Military Pass voucher with our admissions system, your Pass is not yet compatible with our online Booking Portal to make advanced reservations.
You will need to visit our Guest or Membership Services windows at the front entrance between April 15 – June 15, no sooner or later, Monday – Friday days only. Advance reservations are not required as long as you visit within the acceptable date and day ranges. Weekend walk-up visits will not be accepted or processed due to capacity restrictions.
