If you have opted to purchase Trip Protection Plan, you may change or cancel your reservation up to 4 P.M. Pacific Time 5 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Any changes to your reservation are subject to availability and new prices may apply. If cancellation occurs by 4 P.M. Pacific Time 5 days prior to scheduled arrival date, then full payment is refunded in the original form of payment, minus the non-refundable Trip Protection Plan fee. If cancellation occurs after 4 P.M. Pacific Time 5 days prior to scheduled arrival date or in the event of a no-show, then all monies are forfeited. No cancellations or modifications are allowed within 5 days of arrival. Tickets and Extras are non-refundable once issued, but may be used up to one year from the original reservation date.
