All monthly payment pass cancellations must be submitted through the Monthly Passholder Portal. To cancel your pass after the initial 12 months, please visit the Monthly Passholder Portal and log in using your contract number and email address HERE.
The top bar will have seven options and you will visit "membership" and select "cancel membership".
Passholders must be in good standing to cancel. If your account is in arrears, you will not be able to cancel until 24 hours after you bring it up to date. Passes will remain active until final cancellation date. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to your final desired payment.
