To obtain a refund for your unused theme park tickets, please email experience@legoland.com with your booking information. Our team will be happy to assist you. Please note that this coverage applies only to theme park tickets and does not include hotel packages, Annual Passes, or Monthly Pay memberships. You can get a full refund when you cancel unused tickets at least one day prior to your scheduled visit, minus cancellation and processing fees.
