At our hotels, we do not provide traditional cribs or rollaway beds. However, we do offer Pack 'N Plays for guests traveling with infants or young children. Here’s what you need to know:
Pack 'N Play Availability
- Pack 'N Plays are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Availability is not guaranteed, so we recommend requesting one as early as possible.
How to Request a Pack 'N Play
- During Booking
- When making your reservation online, you can request a Pack 'N Play by entering your request in the Special Requests section on the checkout page before payment.
- Via Text Message
- Guests can also text our Service Wizard at 760-546-5246 to request a Pack 'N Play.
- At Check-In
- You may also request a Pack 'N Play when you arrive at the hotel, subject to availability.
Important Notes
- We do not offer traditional cribs or rollaway beds.
- If you need additional sleeping arrangements for a child, the Pack 'N Play is the available option.
