For simple booking updates, you can use our Manage My Booking portal to:
- Update guest contact details, such as name or address
- Download travel documents including tickets
- Add eligible extras to your reservation
- Make payments for add-ons
For more complex changes, including:
- Adding or removing guests
- Changing your travel dates or length of stay
- Changing room types
- Modifying the number of rooms booked
- Any other reservation changes not available online
