If you have not received your hotel confirmation, here are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:
- Check Your Spam Folder: Sometimes, emails can be mistakenly filtered into your Spam or Junk folder. Search for emails from “LEGOLAND” to see if your confirmation is there.
- Visit the Manage My Booking Portal: You can access your booking details through our self-service portal. Click HERE to go to the Manage My Booking portal.
- Log In: Enter your booking reference number and the email address used to make the reservation.
- Retrieve Your Confirmation: Once logged in, select "Travel Documents" and then click on "View & Save" to either download or print your hotel confirmation.
