Pets are not allowed at either the LEGOLAND California Hotel or Castle Hotel. However trained service animals are welcome at LEGOLAND California Resort Hotels.
A service animal, as defined under the ADA, is trained to do work or perform tasks for and to assist an individual with a disability.
- Service animals are welcome throughout areas open to the public
- Service animals are welcome to use any open outdoor area for relief as long as the owner picks up after the animal.
- Service animals must always be under the control of the owner and not disruptive or hostile towards other guests.
- Staff are not permitted to take control of service animals.
