If rain causes the closure of many attractions throughout the day and it rains continuously for at least 120 minutes, we issue a "Rainy Day Promise."
What is the Rainy Day Promise?
The Rainy Day Promise allows guests with paid tickets to return for another visit within one year from the date of their original visit if their day was significantly affected by rain. This promise is activated when a substantial portion of our rides and attractions are closed for an extended period due to inclement weather.
How to Use Your Rainy Day Promise
- Keep Your Ticket: Hold on to the ticket you scanned to enter the park on your original visit.
- Return Visit: Bring your original ticket and a valid ID on your return visit.
- Guest Services: Head to the outside Guest Service window where your ticket will be verified. You will then be provided with a new ticket for entry that day.
