You can view your contract and account information online through the Passholder Portal here. The Account Portal allows you to view or update orders with deferred payments (Payment Plans or Memberships) or Bookable items. It also enables you to view active payment plans to update your accounts, modify payment information, view payment histories, and manage memberships.
You can access the Account Portal via a direct link, an email received after making a purchase, or the Order Lookup screen. To log in, enter the Order ID and Email Address from the original order and click the Sign In button.
The Portal includes options to:
- Update payment information
- View and print tickets
- Modify bookings
- Cancel reservations
- Access FAQs
- Manage memberships
If you don't remember your Order ID, you can use the Recover Account option with your Email Address and Phone Number. Once logged in, the Account Overview displays payment schedules, payment methods, and order details. You can also update payment info, view contracts, and manage bookings and memberships through the left-side menu options.
