No problem! Follow these steps:
- Click on the "Recover Account" option below the "Sign in" button in the Account Portal here.
- Enter the email address and Phone number you used when purchasing.
- Click Submit.
- Receive your Order number/ID via email.
- Use your Order number/ID and email address to log back into the Membership Payment Portal.
