Reservation Information:
- Minimum Guests: The VIP experience requires a minimum of 2 guests to book. All guests, including children aged 2 years and above, need to purchase the VIP experience to join the tour group.
- Booking Confirmation: After booking, a member of the VIP Experience Team will contact you via phone or email to discuss the details of your experience. If you do not receive a call or email within 48 hours of booking, please contact LLCRVIPTeam@LEGOLAND.com.
- Gratuities: Gratuities for VIP Hosts are not included in the tour price and are discretionary, based on the quality of service received. While tour hosts may accept cash gratuities, LEGOLAND California is a cashless resort.
- Ultimate VIP Package: Purchasing the Ultimate VIP package guarantees park entrance without needing a separate reservation. The admission ticket included is valid for LEGOLAND and SEA LIFE Aquarium but not for LEGOLAND Water Park.

- Preplanning: The VIP team can help preplan details such as start times, special celebrations, dietary needs, and specific family priorities.
- Flexible Schedule: The VIP Tour schedule is not a minute-by-minute itinerary, allowing for impromptu changes based on your group's interests and needs.
- Tour Length: The Ultimate Tour can last up to 7 hours, while the UltimatePLUS Tour has no time limit.
- Start Time: The earliest tour start is 10 AM. VIP groups should meet their host in the LEGOLAND California lobby unless otherwise specified.

- Non-Refundable: VIP Tours are non-refundable. Date changes requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time will incur a $75 rescheduling fee.

- Walking Tours: VIP Tours are outdoor walking tours, so wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing.

- Parking: All resort guests access the parking lot through the same entry point. Allow extra time for entry and have your parking voucher ready to scan at the entrance gate and valet station. The parking voucher will be attached to your ticket order and can be scanned directly from your phone.
