After you complete a VIP reservation, a member of the VIP Team will contact you using the phone number or email associated with your booking to review all the details of your upcoming visit. This includes assistance with add‑ons such as additional tickets or experience upgrades.
If you do not receive an email or phone call from the VIP Team within 48 hours of submitting your booking, or if you need support at any time, you can reach them directly.
