Items purchased at LEGOLAND® Park retail stores cannot be returned or exchanged at LEGO® retail stores. If you need help with a Park purchase, please contact the LEGOLAND California Resort Retail team at LLCRetailAdmin@legoland.com.
For general returns, LEGOLAND® allows returns, exchanges, or replacements within 90 days of purchase, as long as you have your receipt and the item is in its original, unopened packaging. Personalized items are non-refundable, and some products may be subject to a restocking fee or other restrictions.
