LEGOLAND® California is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible experience for all guests. Here are some key details about our accessibility services:
Services for Guests with Disabilities:
- First Aid: Medics are available onsite to provide medical assistance. Medications that require refrigeration can also be stored for your convenience.
- Mobility: While our Model Citizens are happy to assist with access to special ride compartments, they are not permitted to lift guests into or out of a ride vehicle. Therefore, park guests must be able to transfer to ride vehicles with assistance from a member of their party.
- Guest Services: Upon arrival, if you need accommodations or have any questions, please visit Guest Services in The Beginning. We offer various accommodations including our Assisted Access Pass.
- Wheelchair & ECV Rental: Rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis at Minifigure Market in The Beginning.
Assisted Access Pass for Rides: The Assisted Access Pass is designed to provide an alternative option for individuals who would have difficulty tolerating extended waits during queueing due to disability. This pass:
- Does not guarantee instant access to the rides but will significantly decrease queuing time.
- Provides wait times comparable to the chosen ride's current standby wait time.
- Allows you to experience other attractions in the park while waiting for your next ride.
- Can accommodate up to 6 people, including the individual for whom the pass is requested.
Steps to Use the Assisted Access Pass:
- Guest Services: Visit any Guest Services location to discuss your needs and get your pass.
- Go to Your 1st Ride: Pick any ride and enter through the Reserve & Ride entrance or at the ride's exit. At the first ride, they will board you as soon as possible and provide a time for your second ride.
- Enjoy the Park: Go to your second ride. At this ride, they will give you a time for your third ride. Continue this process throughout the day.
Certified Autism Center: LEGOLAND California Resort has partnered with The International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) to become a Certified Autism Center across the Theme Parks, Water Park, and two on-site hotels. IBCCES has conducted staff-wide autism sensitivity and awareness training and developed detailed Sensory Guides to help guests understand how each attraction may affect the five senses.
Additional Accessibility Features:
- Sensory Room: Located in Fun Town within the DUPLO® Family Care Center, this room provides a calm and quiet space for guests with additional sensory needs.
- Sensory Sensitive Hour: Available at LEGO Ferrari Build & Race from 1pm to 2pm daily.
- DUPLO® Family Care Center: A quiet space to care for your family, offering private nursing areas, bottle warming, a fridge and microwave, and changing areas.
