The Assisted Access Pass at LEGOLAND California Resort is designed to provide an alternative option for guests with physical and cognitive disabilities who have difficulty tolerating extended waits in line. This pass does not eliminate waiting but significantly reduces the time spent standing in line by using a virtual queuing system. Here are the key details:
- Purpose: The pass helps limit the amount of time spent waiting in a specific line by assigning ride times throughout the day.
- Validity: The pass is valid only at LEGOLAND® California and does not apply to show venues, special experiences, SEA LIFE® Aquarium, or the Water Park.
- Capacity: The pass can accommodate up to 6 people, including the individual for whom the pass is requested.
- Pickup: The pass can be picked up at Guest Services and is assigned at the discretion of LEGOLAND California Resort staff.
- Usage: The guest assigned the pass must be present when redeeming it. You and your party may be asked to load onto alternating vehicles to accommodate all guests.
Steps to Use the Assisted Access Pass:
- Guest Services: Visit any Guest Services location to discuss your needs and obtain your pass.
- Go to Your 1st Ride: Pick any ride and enter through the Fastrack entrance or at the rides exit. At the first ride, they will board you as soon as possible and provide a time. The time provided is for your second ride and can be used at any ride.
- Enjoy the Park: Go to your second ride. At this ride, they will give you a time that you can go to your third ride. The time provided is comparable to the actual ride wait time. Continue this process throughout the day.
Guests must request this pass from Guest Services, and no documentation is required.
